Review: Sweet Peril (The Sweet Trilogy, #2) by Wendy Higgins
Yesterday I reviewed Sweet Evil , the first book in The Sweet Trilogy, and today I'm going to dive into Sweet Peril. I may or may not have read all 3 books in the span of a few days, but you can hardly blame me when these books are addicting and so so sweet. I don't want to give too much of a synopsis for fear of giving anything away, but I will tell you that Sweet Peril picks up right where Sweet Evil left off. There is so much at stake for our characters in this awesome sequel. Our league of Nephelium must travel the world to recruit others to stand with them. We get a lot more about the different Neph children and their sins as we're introduced to a few new key characters. I like what Higgins is setting up here... we're sure to have an epic finally with all of her build up! You still see the same lovable Anna but this time, she's got a little bit more of a dark side.
